Celebrating 1st Anniversary with GigaMonster Customer Care!

Taking time to Celebrate, Connect and Collaborate! June 7, 2022, marked a special anniversary at our GigaMonster Networks Office in San Jose, Costa Rica. This day commemorated not only the one year of opening our GMN Customer Care Center, but also the end with ties to our BPO in El Salvador. Employees were greeted with a festive balloon arch, decorations, music, and a large anniversary banner featuring our beloved mascot, Giga. Employees were invited to sign the banner that will be proudly hung in the break area in the office to commemorate the Call Center’s Anniversary.

Employees were given personalized gifts that were representative of Costa Rica’s rich heritage of producing amazing coffee. The gifts consisted of a monogrammed GigaMonster branded travel coffee mug and candy nestled inside a beautiful cloth bag. Special guests from the Atlanta corporate office, Chuck Stauffer, COO and Olivia Protash, Call Center Manager, were on-site to join in on this special occasion. Some friendly competition rounded out the celebration with everyone enjoying games, including bowling, Kahoot quiz, and Uno. The festivities were immensely enjoyed by the entire team.

A delicious traditional Caribbean Costa Rican lunch was provided consisting of rice, beans, and chicken flavored with spectacular spices from the area and accompanied by fresh Caribbean ceviche. Following an enjoyable lunch, the employees were excited to satisfy their dessert cravings with an ice-cream machine.

Warmth, joy, and gratitude could be felt throughout the entire Customer Care Center. Many thanks to all that made this anniversary celebration something to cherish.
